Company valuation This is one of our strongest areas, as a result of our over 30 years old practical experience, and due to the fact that that our partners are in charge of teaching courses at CLSBE precisely in this area. We do company valuation using the most appropriate techniques (FCFF, APV, multiples, options theory) of both national and foreign companies.

2. Financial Restructurings We cooperate with companies to prepare business plans and debt settlement agreements, we help them negotiate with the creditors, in order to allow a negotiated solution, rather than having the business come into financial distress.

3. Investment analysis We prepare and analyze investment projects from an economic and financial point of view, in order to determine their value, as well as to apply for incentive systems.

4. Financing analysis We cooperate with our customers in choosing the type of financing that is best suited to their needs, as well as in negotiating the actual contractual conditions with their creditors.

5. Management control We cooperate in implementing internal monthly financial and economic reporting systems and in their utilization by the management.

6. Treasury management We cooperate in treasury optimization measures, both in planning and in execution side.
